The licensee will operate a "360 City Directory," which is a comprehensive web site that allows consumers to research and connect with local businesses. Users can view text, photographs, videos, virtual tours, coupons, events, jobs and other information. Business owners can use a 360 City Directory to promote their businesses, keep their information current and create and post their own content, including coupons, job openings, upcoming events and photographs. The licensee will be able to create and maintain "promotional pages" for businesses, and edit general information throughout the web site. The licensee will be granted the right to operate one geographical area with a single license.

Media Outlets Operation of the 360 City Directory includes: sales of promotional pages to be published on the 360 City Directory; management of the photography, production, accounting, technical support, customer service, and all other services associated with these pages and said 360 City Directory; creating and maintaining associations within the local market; and producing, purchasing and/or maintaining advertising of the 360 City Directory. Operation shall also include hiring and managing any staff needed to maintain these services at a high level. Licensee will also be responsible for renewing promotional page clients each year.

360 is licensing its website application including all currently developed site features, features in current production and future features to increase sites value and sales proposition.

The model being licensed is the exact model currently being used in multiple locations nationwide. The model allows for the sales and display of online marketing through a local based online directory. The licensee is purchasing the rights to solicit and promote sales advertisements to local businesses.
